Backstock docs
Backstock is the Solana launchpad where backers buy first, in the asset the coin is priced in: a tokenized stock, SOL or USDC. The pooled raise makes the coin's first buy on Raydium LaunchLab, an on-chain vault holds it, a rate-limited agent trades it, and the vault pays backers back if it reaches its multiple.

The numbers
- 1,000,000,000 supply per coin, 79.31% sold on the LaunchLab curve before it graduates to a Raydium CPMM pool. The bundle takes up to 75% of supply in the instruction that creates the coin, and never completes the curve.
- Curve fee 1.25% in the quote asset: 0.25% Raydium, 0.5% platform, 0.5% creator. The creator fee goes to the launch: 75% vault, 15% buyback & burn, 10% backers. Creators take no cut.
- Launch fee 1% of the raise, to the treasury, plus a flat create fee in SOL. Everything the agent sells stays in the vault.
- When the vault's liquid quote is 5× what it held at launch and the chart is strong, the agent may pay backers back (principal first, then 15% of the vault at most every 4h). Buying back dips always comes first.
- Agent band 2% around the EMA; buys ≤ 10% of vault quote and sells ≤ 5% of vault tokens per 60 minutes.
- 100% refund if a raise misses its minimum or is cancelled; all of the vault’s quote to backers when a dead launch (≤ 5% of supply outside the vault and the venue) is wound down.
- Vault withdrawals by the platform admin key, a single key at launch that is also the program’s upgrade authority (
admin_withdraw_vault), and by a single dev key (dev_withdraw_vault), each an on-chain event on the launch page.
