What Backstock takes
- The 1% launch fee, off the raise, in the quote asset.
- The flat create fee, in SOL.
- The 0.5% platform fee on every curve trade.
- 15% of every creator-fee sweep, on the curve and in the CPMM pool, to the buyback wallet, which buys back and burns the Backstock token.
- At graduation, the locked-liquidity Fee-Key NFT for the platform’s share of the pool’s LP, held by the platform fee wallet: it collects that share’s trading fees; the liquidity itself stays locked or burned.
The human creator takes none of it. Payouts, refunds and claims carry no Backstock fee.
Frozen per launch
Creating a launch copies the launch fee, the creator-fee split, the payback rule, the vault floor and every agent limit into the launch account’s terms. update_platform only changes defaults for launches created afterwards. The curve fee rates are set on Backstock’s LaunchLab platform config and Raydium’s global config, and read on-chain at every trade.
