For creators
Pick the quote, set the raise, and launch on Raydium LaunchLab in one instruction, with a bundle only the vault agent trades and no fee cut for you.
Pick the quote
The first choice is the quote asset: one of the assets the platform has enabled, each with its own on-chain QuoteConfig. The choice is permanent. The raise, the curve, the vault and every payout are in that asset, and the coin trades against it for life, on the curve and in the CPMM pool.
A stock quote brings the stock’s market with it: weekend gaps, issuer pauses, and no access for US persons on xStocks. SOL and USDC carry neither. Pick the one your backers already hold.
Creating a launch
create_launch opens the raise, creates the launch’s quote vault and copies the fee split, the payback rule, the vault floor and the agent limits into the launch, where they never change. The coin itself is created at launch, by Raydium LaunchLab, with the launch’s authority address as its creator.
| Setting | Limit |
|---|---|
| Min and max raise | Per quote asset, from its QuoteConfig (raw quote units; shown in the quote and USD on /create) |
| Per wallet | Your cap, never above the quote's own per-wallet cap where one is set |
| Duration | 1 minutes to 14 days |
| Bundle cap | No cap (the default: up to 75% of supply), or your own from 1% |
| Reserve | 0% to 80% of the raise, kept as vault quote |
| Whitelist | Optional Merkle root of allowed wallets |
| Create fee | A flat fee in SOL plus rent, shown before you sign |
The wizard previews the exact bundle for your quote and raise before you sign: launch a coin.
How the bundle is sized
launch takes the 1% launch fee from the raise in the quote asset, keeps your reserve share as vault quote, and spends the rest on the coin’s first buy, in the same instruction that creates it on LaunchLab. With no cap it buys as much as the quote can, up to 75% of supply; a lower cap leaves the remainder as vault quote. The buy never completes the curve. The bigger the raise, the higher the opening market cap, and the bundle plus the leftover is what the payback rule measures against.
What you control, and what you don't
- You set the name, symbol, image and links, the raise bounds, the deadline, the bundle cap, the reserve and the whitelist.
- You can cancel before launch (everyone is refunded 100%) and launch as soon as the minimum is met.
- You can’t touch the vault. Only the vault agent trades it; only the platform admin key (a single key at launch; it is also the program’s upgrade authority) and a single dev key can withdraw it, each on-chain.
- You take no cut of fees. The 0.5% creator fee is paid to the launch, not to you, and splits 75% vault, 15% platform, 10% backers. If you want exposure, back your own raise like anyone else.
